End Caps, or C-Channel
End Caps or C-Channels are for cutting and capping finished filters to make custom sizes. Our .24 paperboard End Caps are specially made for capping your custom-sized frames for a clean and sleek finish.
Simply cut one side of your AC filter to the size you need and then cut the End Cap to that exact size. Finally, attach the End Cap to the filter, and voila, a perfectly made custom-sized filter in 3 simple steps. Our Caps come in 1/2 inch, 1 inch, 2 inches, 4 inches, and 6 inches wide.
Ribs or Brace Strips
Sometimes a custom size air filter requires connecting two or more filters together. Ribs or Brace Strips are used for this.
Our Ribs come in 1 ½ inch standard size, but we can make any width, depending on the situation. Let us know what size filter you are making and we can work out the Rib size.
